Lukshvilla is a brand new villa which was built in August 2009 and is located in the little village of *La Gaulette* in the vicinity of Le Morne on the southwest coast of Mauritius.

The public beaches of *Le Morne Brabant* , *Mistral* and *One Eye* (world famous surfing , windsurfing and kitesurfing spots) are just 10 min from the villa.

The villa offers a panoramic view with a huge terrace on the top where L`Ile aux Bénitiers (small island) and mount Le Morne (worldwide known) can be seen .

The villa is very well equipped (please refer to the description part) including an alarm system and alarm response round the 24 hours clock.

Lukshvilla *ground & first* floors are suitable for a family up to 12 persons.

Ground floor: 1-6 persons
First floor: 1-6 persons

Please note that the floors can be booked independently depending on the villa`s availability during the booking period.

The villa`s ground and first floors are identical in contents with each: 1 American kitchen equipped with modern utensils, 1 wooden bar and 3 bedrooms (3 double beds with one master bedroom with safe and attached bathroom and toilet). During your stay, towels and bed sheets are furnished on request and daily cleaning is done.
